How to give relationship between incidents and problem table ?

hello everyone,Need your suggestions very badly.

I have to relate incident and problem like,in the problem form i have to get incidents in the related lists and vice versa.

I am creating an application in the studio. i have created the respective tables. After giving  the relationship,i am getting all the incidents present in the incident form. How to get rid to this. 

please help me out.

I have added the screesnhots.

1. This is problem form, When we are assigning it to some user, we are seeing user name in the top.

2. In the related list also i am seeing user name also as showin in screenshot.

3.  many to many relationship was created as shown in the screesnhot . still i am facing this issue.

HI,

Check Display value of which field is set to true on Problem table.

It should be number but in your case i think it is Assigned to.
