Hi Team,
I need to hide one group from Assignment group reference field. In RITM & Incident form How we can achieve this requirement.

Hello @Dasari Srihari ,
Please create Dictionary entry overrides in the field configuration
Please follow the below steps,
1) Open any incident record
2)Right Click on the "Assignment group" field and click on Configure Dictionary
3)Go To the "Dictionary Overrides" tab in the related list
4)Click on the " New" button
5) Select the table as "Incident" and check on the "Override reference qualifier" checkbox.
6) In the "Reference Qualifier" copy query as "name!=[Name Of your group]"
Follow the same steps for the requested item table.

the error message says there's already 1 dictionary override for incident assignment group

I have added this condition in existing record. is their any issue? Override Attibute condition already their. Now i added Reference Qualifier Condition
