How to insert Hyperlink into Resolution notes under Incident Form

Hi, knowing that Additional comments & Worknotes are support HTML to insert Hyperlink but how about Resolution Notes/Closed notes add hyperlink, possible? and How?

This way it will not work, that solution will only be applicable on list view. 

Just confirming, your closed notes will always be ServiceNow url ? or it can be any hyperlink?
