How to insert Hyperlink into Resolution notes under Incident Form

Hi, knowing that Additional comments & Worknotes are support HTML to insert Hyperlink but how about Resolution Notes/Closed notes add hyperlink, possible? and How?

Over the form, it's not possible to insert html on string type field. this will show html tags because Those two fields are string type fields. 

But you can show it in List View , eg: if you will see the closed notes and resolution notes in list view and follow the below article solution then it will be appear on list view as clickable  .

As the textbox as string only field, so how Requestor/requested for to click access the HTML/hyperlink from the ticket resolved email? in order to convenience them.

why exactly you want them as clickable link ? can you please add some example ?
