How to make the Create incident record producer accessible to unauthenticated users?

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement where the external users (unaunthenticated users who are not present in Servicenow user table) to access the "Create incident" record producer form (native UI). How can we achieve this?

Thanks for your reply.

I am unable to select the snc external role in user criteria and it is not present in the roles table as well.

I got the following community link where it is mentioned that this role will be enabled only if the plugin is installed but there is no direct way to install the plugin and it can be installed through Customer service or human resources plugin.

Hi, If possible create a custom role and configure it to catalog items. May that will help you.
