How to modify the list layout in Agent Workspace ServiceNow?

Hi All,

We've a requirement to modify the Widget's list layout in Agent Workspace to add "Assignment group" and "Assigned to" field. I've modified the list layout of respective widget's report and able to see those two fields in default view. But, these changes are not reflected in Agent workspace when viewing the widget. Please find the attached images for further details.

Workspace : Agent Workspace

Widget Name : Incident SLA Breached

Fields required : Assignment group and Assigned to

Please let me know if anyone has configured Agent Workspace' s list layout before.

Hi Nivetha,

 

Can you check the "incident_sla"-table. Which columns do you see there in the backend? Can you add the columns there?

Just wanted to say thanks for this comment. I was stuck for a while on my workspace view not reflecting the form. Drilldown view was empty and when I populated it with CSM Workspace view, it worked perfectly.

I selected Workspace for my drilldown view on my report and saved it as a Data Source to use in the Data Visualization component and the columns aren't reflected. I can get it to work for Default view, but not Workspace or any other views.
