How to modify the OOB script include which is read only protected.

Dear One,

How can we handle the OOB script include called (ChangePolicyApprovalActivitySNC) which is read only protected by system. Please guide me what is the better approach when we have the modifications to this script.

There will be SI with same name but without SNC so you can modify that.
