How to remove HTML tags from text through Dynamic content to show text on the Dashboard.

Hello All,

 

We are configuring Dynamic content to show the text on dashboard by fetching text from the article body but it is showing html tags as well. Please help me to remove the those html tags from text.

Hey @Raju320. Were you able to figure out a solution to this? I've ran into a similar issue and so far SNOW has not helped with a solution. 

We're using the Azure translation service, which works great, but when emails are sent to tickets, it's keeping the html tags in the translated text. 
I went about trying to fix it in SNOW, but the configuration records are either hidden or have a protection policy. I was able to copy the action but again, can't use the copied action with any OOB configurations.
