How to remove (*Indicates required ) from the portal.

I want to remove the instruction (*indicates required) from the service portal when opening catalog item in portal, Please check the screenshot.

I think that is showing starting from Rome version and is a feature and not an issue

I am in Quebec and it is not shown to me

Hi,

It is a feature to inform user which fields are mandatory.

you can inform your customer that it's a Rome feature and don't remove it

Hi, As mentioned it's a feature. If you don't want this info then you should make the field as non-mandate. This functionality is applicable in portal globally when you defined the field as mandate. Don't think to remove this indicates user to understand which field missed and should enter the value. Please mark as correct answer/ helpful if it helped Regards, Suresh.
