How to remove "CC" recipients in email notifications

1) How to remove "CC" recipients in email notifications 

 

2) I have created QA manager group and added 6 users and configured notifications and added QA group to that notifications.

 

The issue is ...the notification are triggering but  users in QA Groups are automatically getting removed. What might be the issue?

Hi @Challasunil ,

you need to go to the Respective notification and check if any email Script is added in the notification body ,

remove CC email script which is adding into email list by which CC will be remove while sending notification

 

Regarding your second query , Check config in whom to send tab

what is your issue? to remove cc or group members issue?

If it is group members issue, there is probably any custom Business rule on "sys_user_grmember" table, which is aborting the insert action.
