How to remove the URL link on Priority in the Incident form

On the default ITIL Incident form the Priority label is actually an HTML link.

How do I remove this?

I checked Form Layout and UI Pages, etc. I cannot find where it is done.

Hi,

Go to dictionary of priority field, in related list you can see labels, open label for incident and remove the url like below
