Hi all,
one of our Users encountered a little problem that I can´t seem to fix.
Since he logged in today his standard view for all Incident Modules is "Incident Manager".
He cannot select "Default View".
Where can I find the problem?
Thanks in advance for every helpful reply.
Regards,
Michael

Tried this in my personal instance, it works fine:
- open the user preference table and search by the name of the preferences with the table name of the list view
- delete the user preference for that specific user

You have to play a bit in the configuration of UI Views, this is the right place, give a try and you will be able to fix your problem.

But aren´t the UI Views for all Users?
I don´t really want to "play around" because the User is only affected on our productive System.
But to be sure I checked the Values of the "Default View". The User has a List for the incident and incident_task tables.
I also checked the values for the "Incident Manager" View. Here he has one List on the incident_task table
Got another hint for me?
Appreciate your help very much 🙂

Yeah, thats basically what I did.
In this Case the Default View is still "Incident Manager" and "Default View" is not selectable...

Got it - the "Incident Manager" Value was set in "incident.view" and also "incident_list.view".
After deleting those Values it is possible again to access the "Default View".
Thank you Alberto!
