Post Implementation Review - Configuring as part of Change Form/Process

Hello,

Any suggestions on how to incorporate a Post Implementation review into SN as part of the change mgmt template?  Our thought is to make it a change task type and that way it can be launched from within the change that we maybe reviewing.  We're currently using a PIR within a word doc with questions and checklist that's attached to the change request in question in SN.   Looking to get into the system to eliminate attachments. Appreciate any feedback or suggestions.

Use flow designer or workflow whatever you are using for Change Management to create automatic change tasks .

Thanks for the reply. Apologies, I'm not understanding.  When you say automatic change tasks, are you indicating if the change is marked as failed/unsuccessful, launch a task automatically that's linked to the change?  If yes, any example of what that change task would look like?
