Hi folks,
Can anyone please help the confirmation dialog in exporting reports in ServiceNow on the bulk data exporting to Excel. I have a client who ticked 'Remember my decision' by 'Mail it' so each time it he has to wait for the email.
Is there a way this settings can be reset?
any advice would appreciated.

I had the same problem.
Clearing History didn't help.
U need to go to - User Preferences - export_warn - and delete "email" in Value field.
This worked for me.

Same here. It seems weird. Then again, making a UI action or similar for this is pretty easy, but it should already be there OOB.
