How can we trigger notification quarterly using flow designer

You can do below.

1. Configure flow designer trigger as below

2. Create event based notification.

3.  Use "Send Notification" activity.

Thank you for following up. How can we set a date to run the flow? I want to send notifications every March, June, September, and December 1st.
