How to set a custom list view for the users?

Hi,
I've created a list view for the users to get the idea about the ticket instead going in to the record.
I can chose the view (I'm admin) that I've created from the context menu but users don't.

When I impersonated as other Users they don't see the list view which I've created.

Any suggestions please.

Make sure the users have not personalized there list view, You can reset it default for them and try

 

Thanks Pranav, but I dont see the button Reset to column defaults

List view is in scoped application.

If you are seeing the button that means the view is default only, To show the view to everyone I would ask you to create View Rules 

 

Keep conditions as empty for view rule and set the table, try this and let me know.

Make sure there is no personalized view for the user otherwise it will override it.

 

Enable Overrides user preference on the view rule, if the field is not present then add it to the form.
