Hi,
I've created a list view for the users to get the idea about the ticket instead going in to the record.
I can chose the view (I'm admin) that I've created from the context menu but users don't.
When I impersonated as other Users they don't see the list view which I've created.
Any suggestions please.

If users are having personalize_list role then can change the columns from gear icon
Regarding the view
If by default you want all users to see the new view then only option is view rule
1) Create view rule in your scoped application

Hi,
the left nav module you have created takes them to which view?
Did you try giving the caserecords view in that module?
Also is the view name correct
