I am not able to update the Icon or Picture on a record producer catalog item

I took an existing record producer (used for a particular standard change); did an insert & save; then added some variables and a template; saved the record with new name.

Now, when I open the new record producer, I don't have the update/delete links for either the Icon or Picture fields.

I can open other record producers and see the links, so wondering if something about the insert & save has compromised this object?
