How to find/ access missing roles:
My instance seems to be missing key roles such as: sn_incident_read & sn_problem_read. Has anyone seen this before and what can be done to fix it these are critical for the Business stakeholder role.
Per: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/newyork-it-service-management/page/product/incident-management/ta... these are expected to be showing.
