I have written a business Rule Which is not working on agent workspace.Whenever the users change assignment group it should provide alert message.But it is not working on agent workspace.Please guide how can i show the alert message on agent workspace.

If you just want to fire a alert on specific assignment group change , you can create a on change client script.

Hello @Shweta Kasbe ,

Please elaborate your requirement, you can use Client script for the same right.? Business rule basically runs after loading of form so if you want to show alert immediately after assignment group changes then use client script but if you want to show this after user clicks on save then use BR and user setAbortAction(true) to prevent form from getting submitted.
