Problem task displays this message: 'Cannot Complete the Problem task as 'State' or 'Close code' is not visible'

Hello,

when I try to complete a problem task, this message shows. I do not see the Analysis information tab as well (I do see it on Configure > Form Layout). This tab only appears when the task type is not 'General'. 

Does anyone know on how to fix this problem?

Don't mind the mandatory empty fields, just deleted it to take a screen shot

Hi,

In order to close a problem task, you will need to fill all of these Mandatory fields on your form and provide "Close code" as "Complete".

This was resolved by adding the 'Close Code' field to the form. When the task. is in they type: general, the close code field is missing and that was throwing an error.
