I want to create an Email Template only for Normal Change Request

Hi All ,

I have created one email template on change request table , I want to make sure that this Email template will run only for Normal change request and not for standard changes .

How can I implement this functionality ?

Are you talking about email client template?

If yes the you can add the condition that type is normal which will make sure that the email template works only for normal change.
