@Ankur Bawiskar Hi Ankur good evening hope you doing good
Requirement: In the ServiceNow homepage banner I need to add the button for "employee center". Once we click on that button it will go to the Employee center home page. How I will achieve this?
I will attach a screenshot of how I want the output.

What is the use case of this? You are going to create a technical debt in your instance. It is more on education, you can share the direct link with the user /esc or guide them to go into the application navigator and search for the employee centre portal.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Yes i am understand but my client need to create that button in that main banner.
They mentioned "The system should add a clickable link to the Employee Center Portal in the banner of the ServiceNow Service Center. This enhancement aims to improve user experience by providing easier navigation to the Employee Center Portal, allowing employees to access important resources and information quickly."

I agree it is a client requirement & supports user experience but still need to rethink myself. To enhance user experience you are going to create technical debt & Let's see if tomorrow more portals come, for other modules then every type of user says, they need separate links for the same. So, I'm thinking very wide. The below post might be helpful:
