I want to create the button as homepage banner in servicenow

Requirement: In the ServiceNow homepage banner I need to add the button for "employee center". Once we click on that button it will go to the Employee center home page. How I will achieve this? 

I will attach a screenshot of how I want the output.

you cannot add anything as per your image

But you can try to use UI script and add some HTML link via info message, haven't tried though.
