I would like Incidents to automatically close 3 days after they have been set to Resolved state, unless the Caller does accept the resolution, so that the system is not flooded with resolved Incidents and I can report on successfully resolved Incidents.

out of the box this happens after 7 days
you can update the system property as 3
glide.ui.autoclose.time -> 3
