I'm looking to understand if there is a standardization for identifying Changes based on region using OOB ServiceNow. We currently have customization for region fields (NA/EMEA/APAC/LATAM) and are removing these fields to adhere to OOB ServiceNow.
I've been unable to find any information on this and was wondering if there is standard way companies identify Changes based on region using ServiceNow?
