If category selected is 'Network', incident should get assign automatically to 'Network' group in the Incident form

Can you try "sysrule_assignment.list" in the navigation? Or as URL "https://your-instance.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fsysrule_assignment_list.do".

I did the same thing but it is not working as expected previously you had provided a code for this that is working but this is not working.

Hi there,
This should work out-of-the-box. If you disable the previous Client Script, the assignment rules should instantly work on update/submit. Difference with the Client Script, that the Client Script can work onChange.
