if request was cancelled need to update approval field in request and RITM through flow designer

I am using flow designer in the catalog item. So how to achieve this
I access the REQ created by the 'ServiceNow Problem Management' catalog item after it was cancelled by the requestor through the Service Portal,
- the TASK is not created.
- the RITM has Stage ‘Closed Incomplete’, Approval ‘Rejected’, Status ‘Closed Incomplete’, Active checkbox is set to not true and the form is read only.
- the REQ is in the Stage and Status 'Closed incomplete', Request state ‘Closed cancelled’, Approval ‘Rejected’, WF state ‘Cancelled’, Active checkbox is set to not true and the form is read only.
