image in portal page not visible to some users

We ave added an image in portal page but that is not visible to some users.

Where are you storing the image within ServiceNow?

Your best bet is to store the image in the Image (db_image). It will automatically make it public and you don't have to worry about permissions to view it.

Try uploading the image in db_image table and then use it, it may help

Is it catalog item image/ Which images do you want to show?

Check role/access for that user.
