Impersonate User in Service Portal

Hi, I have created a new custom service portal, Can anyone help me to insert the option of  'Impersonate user' and 'End Impersonate' in user menu of service portal.

Note: There is already OOB 'Impersonate user' but unable to insert in User menu.
