hi All,
Can we implement Service Now instance in the customer private cloud? is there any documentation how to do it?
What is the current cloud providers support Service Now? AWS, Azure and Service Now Cloud? am i correct?

You have to talk to an account rep.
Anything outside of federal cloud and their own offering isn't a conventional offering they make to the market. Thus, they don't advertise it.
Account rep is the only place you could find out *if* and at what cost.

Hi Rick,
Robert is correct. One of the few people that can provide the self-hosting / on-prem installation guide is going to be your Account rep.
To answer your question, you can host an SN instance on the client's private cloud. I have seen them hosted in all three provides you mention as well. Like with everything else, there are pros and cons to doing so. Upgrading to a new version seems to be the biggest pain point when it comes to self-hosting. Other things you will miss out on is the "health check" we offer, as well as SN support (HI Tickets) will be limited the service they can provide.

Having been an on-prem customer back in the day, allow me to state unequivocally that unless you're a government entity, the math is *NEVER* worth it.
