In portal home I want to apply Announcements at the top banner through out the portal

Hi,

In portal home I want to apply Announcements at the top banner as shown in the below Screen

But if I login then this is disappearing, but i want to see this throughout the page once i login i want to see this Global outage,

Please help me out once the user logged in then i want to see that option.

@kranthi2 Have you tried the Behaviour options? Under Behavior tab -> Dismiss Options choose the one like user cannot dismiss or user can only dismiss for current session.

What are the roles that were given to the Announcement? If possible can you share the screenshot of announcement (All -> Service Portal -> Announcements).

Here it is,

above configuration is working fine. but it is working only for the first time logged in users.

for example if i am a end user if i give user credentials and login it is working fine.

If i logoff and again login Announcement is not displayed.

Please help me out on the same.
