In RITM form requested for and opened by are not same. This is the defect raised.

They have ordered one catalog item request has been created. In that request item opened by and requested for names are different. Why those names are different .How can we solve this.
Please help me out.

Opened By contains the name of the person who submitted the request.
Requested By is usually filled at the time of catalog form submission (and mostly it is auto-populated with the logged-in user name).
Maybe in your case, the Requested By field on the changed to somebody else during the catalog form submission. One way to check this is on the Variable Editor of your RITM.
