In the list view New Button is not showing for users In Reports List

Hi Team,

In the list view New Button is not showing for users In Reports List.

As a admin I am able to view that, but users are not able to view

we have only one ACL on sys_report table for Create Operation, right now that is inactive.

Does user need pa_admin role??

No, mate. I assume you are referring to the sys_report table—no PA admin role is needed for that.

then somebody disabled the New button from List Control

Right Click on List Header -> Configure -> List Control

-> see if "Omit new button" is checked

-> see if any roles added to New roles field

-> see if any script is added to Omit new condition field

As a admin I can see Omit new button,  New roles,  Omit new condition all active false only

this is from issued user, he is not able to view List Control
