Hi Team,
Could you kindly assist me with the creation of an inbound email configuration?
Scenario:
We need to ensure that only incidents are created when a vendor sends an email to our ServiceNow instance. Additionally, the vendor does not have an account within our instance.
I would appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide with this requirement.

Practically the vendor id must be in ServiceNow then it will be easy to use inbound action. else anyone send email to your instance and incident get created.
