Incident E Bonding Between ServiceNow To ServiceNow - "Pending Reason" State not updating since the additional comments field are mandatory. Other field changes are happening between two different instances. Please suggest me what should be done. I am not a developer, and I am new to ServiceNow. This integration is done by another person.

I is very tough to say what need to check. You need to dig out in the integration and see. 

- Is this working earlier?

- Is any recent changes happened?

- IS any code changed on other side?

Refer the below portal for e-bonding setup and compare the same in your instance, there may be some additional configuration ( field mapping ) required on your instance for "Pending Reason" state. 

Find the flow for this integration and read end-to-end, you will get a lot of details while browsing it and able to share or fix the issue.
