Hi,
I would like to create an Incident report in Eureka based on what times of the day/night Incidents are logged. I support are Global service that is 24/7 so I need to see a trend of what times Incidents are logged by my team.
Can someone assist in pointing me in the right direction.

hi,
I'm fairly new to SNOW. We're using Madrid.
I'd like to create a Report (List format) that shows RFCs with a Planned Start Date that meets these criteria:
1. Any time in the next month
2. Time is between noon and 8pm
I was encouraged by the title of this thread however I cannot see a "Trend" option in reporting, only Timeline (which I guess is similar). I really need the report in list format though.
Any ideas on whether this can done via the standard reporting features?
