Incidents not visible when adding through related list in change

When i am adding incident in change request through related list of incidents fixed by change the list is invisible (incidents are displayed in white font) and all incidents are not showing.
When i click on the edit button to add incidents
The list does not display any incidents in the list.
but when I click on the blank spaces, incident number is showing below... But when i search the incident number which I want to add it showing empty.
Why i am facing this issue and how to solve this

it means the incidents are there.
Did you try scrolling till the end?

Yes Incidents are there as you can see in the image i have scrolled at the bottom and selected an incident...... Incident number is reflecting below the box.

then it's a data issue.
it seems there are some incident records with empty incident numbers.
Also did you check this is happening with Admin or non-admins
The query BR on incident table will also impact the incidents shown in left slush bucket. check that as well

Hi Ankur,
I am sure that there are no empy incident record numbers.
Yes the same issue was faced by admin and itil users.
Do i need to check all the BR for incident table??
