Incidents not visible when adding through related list in change

When i am adding incident in change request through related list of incidents fixed by change the list is invisible (incidents are displayed in white font) and all incidents are not showing.
When i click on the edit button to add incidents
The list does not display any incidents in the list.
but when I click on the blank spaces, incident number is showing below... But when i search the incident number which I want to add it showing empty.
Why i am facing this issue and how to solve this

Hi @Deepak25 ,
It might be because of Display field on incident table, configure incident number as display field in dictionary.
For example,
In filter navigator type "incident.config" hit enter, and in the page opened select Dictionary tab and make number field as Display -> true.
