Integration between Trellis and ServiceNow

We are trying to integrate between Trellis and ServiceNow. Has anyone done this before ? If so can you plesae share the details.

Hope all well with you. I'm now tasked with this integration (SN and Trellis) and wondered if I could pick your brains and go over any lessons learnt from the integration.

How was/is the integration? Any gottcha's? If I were to ask what challenges you had or whether there was anything you implemented that you would change having gone through the integration, what would you say?

Thanks for the response Prashant. My question is more about leveraging experience from someone who has actually built an integration between SN and Trellis and what issues they had/have and any lessons learnt. (Tricks, tips, issues etc)
