Interactive filter is not working as expected?

Hi All,

I am very new to interactive filters

I have a report on dashboard, I created a interactive filter(cascadetype) on field priority and when I click apply I am not getting any output

My intension is when I select priority-1 then only priority-1 incidents should display.Similarly priority-2,3and 4.

Hi,

The report widget should follow the interactive filter.

Click on "Configuration" on dashboard and click "Edit Widget" on the incident report and then check "Follow interactive filter".

Thank you for your response.It is working as expected now.

I need your help on another query

In my client environment we have similar kind of interactive filter 

Interactive filter name: Application name(type: cascade filter) , Display field as Name and it has table as Mapped application services

under that interactive filter we have 3 different reports with different tables,the tables are  1.u_cmdb_vm_instance

2.cmdb_ci_vm_instance

3.cmdb_ci_service_discovered

In all the above reports we have application name column, our requirement is based on the interactive filter input all these 3 reports should fetch the data.

Please provide your suggestions.

Hi Reshma,

Can you please mark my earlier response as correct as that has answered the original question ?

For the new question, do you mind adding screenshots of the cascade filter and reports so it's easy to understand the configuration ?
