Is there a way to call users from ServiceNow when there is a new incident assign to their group

Hello,

I know we can send an email and text message to users when there is a new incident assigned to their group. I am wondering if there is also a way to call the users from ServiceNow when there is a new incident?
Do we need to do any set-up, have anyone tried it? Would really appreciate your feedback.

Hi @Faranak 

basically ServiceNow provides this functionality with the help of its Notify layer (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-servicenow-platform/page/product/notify2/reference/notify-la...). But you will need any external provider which performs the calls. Many customers use Twilio for that.

If you search the internet "ServiceNow Notify Twilio" you will find a lot of further information.
