Hello Team,
Need your help,
We completed an upgrade to Utah for our instance last week. Currently, we're in the process of integrating Servicenow with Jira on-premise using the Jira spoke. I updated connections using the MID server, So Connection and Credential all look okay, However, I'm encountering problems with the Flow where the project key and issue type are not appearing as expected. Additionally, the Connection Alias [Connection & Credential Aliases] aren't visible. Could someone provide suggestions on how to address this issue?

Hi Aparna
Can you please verify that the credentials used for the integration have the necessary permissions to access and modify data in both Servicenow and Jira. Check if it is installed as a bridge app and that it has the right permissions.
Its my understanding that Exalate would be perfect for a use-case like this. It is an integration solution that works super fast in my opinion. It provides robust syncronization capabilities and you can granuarly decide what you want to send to the other side and how you want to apply receiving information. I have been using it for quite a while and it instantly jumped in my thoughts reading this post. Hope to have helped you
