I am new to SN. I have this issue that i can not solve right now. could you help? thanks
I created a dashboard and shared with role itil, but ITIL users can not see it.
IItil user can not see it (itil user has access to Incidents records):
with a message that Report visible only to a specific user or group.
II tried a few solutions but didnt work. I have plug-in Report Security - enforce access control checks already installed.

Hi Oliver you need to also share the report with the ITIL group as well in the share settings in the report itself.

Thank you for replying. I checked the doc. and mine belongs to below scenario but my ITIL role users still can not view it.
Anything else might be wrong?
