Hi,
Currently, I have a customer with ITIL users who are unable to view completed risk assessments. Only admins are able to view the completed risk assessments. Has anyone dealt with this matter? If so, what's the best way to solve this? Here's a screenshot of what I've done. It appears to be related to a UI page and the info message is coming from an OOB script include: ChangeRiskAsmtSNC.

Anything under SecOps or GRC is highly secured from normal ITIL users on purpose. Not sure if the need sn_risk.reader or just survey_reader to see assessments, but ITIL alone isn't going to work.

Risk assessments results are stored in asmt_assessment_instance table.
You can ask user to create report on asmt_assessment_instance table to see their assessments.

Thank you @Aoife Lucas! I tested in QA with giving someone the survey_reader role and confirmed they were able to see the completed risk assessment.
