Hi All,

Can you point me to the resource which contains starter packs for ITSM Implementation for a greenfield project. I remember there were starter packs in excel format which are stories for implementation. They were really handy for an earlier project and somehow i am not able to locate them

ServiceNow has overcomplicated the new site “Best Practice” setup, and honestly, it’s not providing a good experience when searching for specific items.
