KB workflow not showing

Hi,

I am getting the workflow blank when I open the list view and when I open any published KB the workflow field shows-"Pending- not yet started". But this KB is in published state in our portal. Is this is an upgrade issue as my production instance has been upgraded to Australia version. After upgrade it is showing issue.

else log a case with Now Support. Also try to repair teh KM plugins
