Knowledge Base is not indexed:(

I added an index to the Knowledge Table, but it says "0 records".
It's been a day since I indexed it, so there seems to be something else.
Do you notice what is causing it?

Go to sys_dictionary and search for the required table and select type as Collection. For example, below is for kb_knowledge table

Open the record and check 'Text Index' is enabled. If not enabled, enable it and from related link 'Generate Text Index'.

Check if you have configured text index, refer below post for more details

If it does not work, you can Regenerate Text Index and try again

Hello @Bhuvan
Which implementation is correct this time?
I've already regenerated the index using the Text Index.
