Hi Guys,
I have moved knowledge Base to Update Set. So Does this record includes Categories added under it or i need to manually add those categories also?
Thanks

Hi kushal,
The KB categories records are NOT captured in Update Sets.
Either you need to Export it to XML and import in other instances.
If I have answered your question, please mark my response as correct and/or helpful.
Thank you very much

Hello Kushal,
The category may not capture.
But why to be in confusion, Just to you Update set, And in the related list called "Customer Update" check the type Column, you can get to know, it is captured or not.
In the Type column, you will see "Category" and in Target Column you can see the Category Name of the actual Category.
Please Mark it helpful/correct if my answer helps in any way to resolve your query.
Reach out to me if any more help required.
Regards
