Knowledge Management Advanced plugin - free?

Hi community, could you advise please if Knowledge Management Advanced and Knowledge Management Advanced installer plugins can be installed free of charge (included in the license) for a client with ITSM Pro. The client would like to utilise features that KM Advanced offers, but I need to be sure that installing these will not incur extra charges.

It differs from account to account about the cost, please check with Platform Owner Team or Account team.you can review the below points for this plugin

The Knowledge Management Advanced plugin includes feature code and demo data.

The Knowledge Management Advanced Installer plugin (com.snc.knowledge_advanced.installer) is used to activate the Knowledge Management Advanced plugin.

Starting with the Xanadu release, the Knowledge Management Advanced plugin is automatically activated for new customers.

Note: The Knowledge Management Advanced plugin isn’t automatically activated with the Knowledge Management v3 application.

Thanks to all who replied - appreciate it very much! I'm aware of course about checking with representative in other scenarios but before posting my question, also seen a mention in documentation: "Starting with the Xanadu release, the Knowledge Management Advanced plugin is automatically activated for new customers." So wanted to know if it is actually also available free of charge to a client on ITSM Pro recently upgraded to Xanadu.
